- Aadhar Card File (pdf, 200KB max)
- Birth Certificate (pdf, 200KB max)
- Leaving Certificate / Term Certificate (pdf, 200KB max)
- Photographs : Student Photo, Father Photo and Mother Photo (jpg, 200KB max)
- Marksheet of last two years (pdf, 200KB max)
Note: After click on "Go Further", you will have registration form to be filled up.
Since that form has more information to feed, you can press "Save" button to store your information inbetween anytime and left the form as it is before final Submission.
After that when you return back & enter the same Primary Mobile No. & BirthDate then it will autofill all the information you have Saved so far.
