We hope this circular finds you in good health. We wish to inform you about the upcoming CBSE registration process for students in Class IX and XI.
As per CBSE guidelines, it is essential for all schools to provide accurate registration details for their students. This includes crucial information such as names, dates of birth, and chosen subjects. To ensure the accuracy of these details, we kindly request both students and parents to verify the information provided.
Once the registration is completed, no changes will be allowed in the registered data. Therefore, it is imperative that the information submitted is accurate and final. In the coming days, you will receive a data verification form. Please review this form thoroughly and make any necessary corrections before submitting it back to the school.
For students in Classes X and XII, the final list of candidates will soon be sent to schools by CBSE. It is important to note that no changes can be made to the data once it is finalized. The data will remain consistent with the information submitted during the previous registration.
Furthermore, for Class X students, an important decision regarding the Mathematics subject needs to be made. You have the option to choose between Standard Mathematics and Basic Mathematics. If you opt for Science in Class XI, it is compulsory to select Standard Mathematics. However, if you choose Commerce or any other field where Mathematics is not a requirement, you can opt for Basic Mathematics.
To make this selection, a written application must be submitted to the Principal. This application should be duly signed by the parents or guardians.
