2. Bring your own Yoga Mat for the session.
3. Ensure your name and class are clearly written on the Yoga Mat using a permanent marker.
For Parents:
We are pleased to invite parents to participate in the Yoga session as well.

1. Participation Certificate will awarded.
2. Please wear comfortable dress, easy to move attire for the participation.
