Please read the detailed circular for the important instructions for tomorrow's Garba Celebration. Tomorrow morning school will remain closed and all parents & students are expected to participate in the evening program.
Dear Parents,
Jay Hind!
The moment we’ve been waiting for is finally here! Tomorrow, we will celebrate Navratri Garba with great zeal and enthusiasm on the eve of Sharad Purnima, starting at 5:00 pm. Kindly take note of the following instructions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event:
1. Safety First:
Please take care of your personal belongings. Neither the school, the Student Council, nor any staff members will be responsible for the loss of valuables such as money, jewelry, or mobile phones.
2. Food Stall Coupons:
Enjoy a delicious meal consisting of Misal, 2 Pav, 1 Coco bottle, and 1 water bottle at the event. You can purchase a coupon for Rs. 130/-.
Students who have already bought their coupons should not forget to bring both the food coupons and the Garba Competition participation badges that were stapled in their almanac (diary). If your coupon is missing, you will need to purchase another one.
Separate coupons for extra Pav and water bottles (each for Rs. 5) and Coco bottles (Rs. 50) will also be available. Please bring exact change.
Note: Coupons are non-refundable, and food will be served on a first-come, first-served basis, so please collect your meal in time before it runs out.
3. Garba Competition Participation:
If you haven’t registered online via the Google form, you can still participate by enrolling your name at the venue. Please visit the Registration Counter near Yagyashala to sign up.
4. Carpooling:
To help reduce parking congestion, we kindly request parents to consider carpooling wherever possible.
5. Parking Information:
Parking will be available at Umrakh Hall, opposite Mahadev Temple. Our security team will be there to assist you and ensure smooth parking arrangements. Your cooperation in following their instructions will be greatly appreciated.
We look forward to your participation in making this celebration a grand success!
Warm regards,
Student Council
