We are delighted to announce an educational tour to the scenic hill station of Pachmarhi, organised by Riya Tours & Travels (Mr. Dhiren Patel, Surat). With over 33 years of expertise in student tours, the agency ensures safe travel, comfortable stay, and enriching experiences for our children.

This tour is designed to provide students with cultural exposure, adventure, and learning amidst nature.

Tour Details

• Destination: Pachmarhi (Madhya Pradesh)

• Travel Dates: 26th October to 31st October 2026

• Eligible Students: Classes 6 to 9 & 11

• Hotel Stay: Hotel Misty Medows

• Travel Mode: AC Sleeper Train (4 students per room)

• Local Sightseeing: By open Gypsy

• Snacks: Dry snacks during travel

Itinerary Highlights

• Day 1: Bardoli → Baroda (Bus), Baroda → Pipariya (Train)

• Day 2: Arrival Pachmarhi, Priyadarshini View Point, Lake, Handi Kho

• Day 3: Bath at B-Fall, Rinchgadh, Dhoopgarh Sunset, Campfire

• Day 4: Pandav Caves, Apsara Vihar, Silver Fall, Panchali Kund, Jata Shankar, Gupt Mahadev, Rajendra Giri Sunset, Dance Evening

• Day 5: Museum Visit, Departure Pachmarhi → Pipariya → Baroda

• Day 6: Baroda → Bardoli (Bus), Arrival

Tour Cost & Payment

• Total Cost: ₹18,500/- per student (Bardoli to Bardoli)

• Advance Payment: ₹5,000/- (Cash) + Consent Form

• Advance Payment Date: 18 August, 2026 at School Office

• Balance Payment: Cash payment after train ticket confirmation within 5 days.

• Required Document: Signed Consent-cum-Indemnity Form (attached)

  For Parents Wishing to Join:

Parents are welcome to accompany their children. Separate hotel room arrangements will be made, with additional charges as informed by Mr Dhiren Patel.
