It has been observed that various private organisations and individuals invite students to participate in private competitions, championships, events, coaching classes, and tuition programs. To avoid any misunderstanding, parents are requested to carefully note the following:

1. Parents are requested not to assume that the school is aware of, associated with, or has approved any competition, event, or coaching unless the school has officially communicated the information.

2. The school does not encourage private coaching or tuition classes for our school students, conducted by our teachers. We believe that students should focus on the academic and co-curricular opportunities provided by the school for their overall development. 

3. The school is not responsible for any private competition, event, coaching class, or tuition program that the school does not officially communicate. This includes:

• Registration fees or other payments made by parents

• The credibility or authenticity of the organisers

• Safety and security of the students

• Any disputes, claims, or issues arising from participation.
  
  If parents choose to enrol their child in any such private activity, they are requested to verify all details independently before registration.
  Parents are requested to encourage their children to participate only in those competitions, events, and championships for which official information is shared through the school app, circulars, or hard-copy notices issued by the school.
