We are pleased to invite you to the school to collect your child’s Academic Results, Books, and Uniform Kits. Kindly read the following instructions carefully:
1. Timings
Parents are requested to visit the school between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM. Punctuality will help ensure smooth distribution and avoid overcrowding. We request your patience and cooperation in case of any queue.
2. School Fees
Please note that results, uniforms, books, and stationery will be issued only if all pending school fees are cleared. Kindly ensure that any outstanding dues are paid before the given date.
3. Payment for Books & Uniform Kits
Parents are requested to carry cash for purchasing books and uniforms, as per vendor requirements. We recommend carrying approximately ₹10,000/-.

Kindly write your child’s name on each textbook using a pencil, to facilitate easy exchange if required. As NCERT has brought several changes in the syllabus and new books are awaiting, class IX & X students may not get all the books now, but as and when the books are available, we will provide to the students. Till then, teachers will refer the soft copy content for the students.
6. Student Bank Account Balance
Please ensure a minimum balance of ₹3,000/- is maintained in your child’s student bank account.
7. New Academic Year 2026–27
Regular school for the new academic session will commence from 2nd April 2026 (Thursday).
