Jay Hind!
We are delighted to invite you to our upcoming Annual Function, “संवेदना - Empathy.”, featuring the talented students of IV to Class XII. Please join us on Sunday, 22nd March, 2026, to cheer on our little stars as they take the stage!
To ensure a smooth and memorable evening for everyone, please take note of the following details:
Schedule & Timing
- Student Drop-off: Please hand over your child to their Class Teacher/In-charge at 5:15 PM.
- Parent Dinner: A delicious dinner for parents will be served at 5:30 PM, followed by the start of the main event.
- Student Meals: All students will be provided with food at school under teacher supervision.
Costumes and Clothing
- Distribution: Costumes will be handed over to students two days prior to the event.
- Alterations: Parents are requested to make minor stitching or fitting adjustments at home to ensure their child is comfortable.
- Change of Clothes: Please bring a set of casual clothes for your child to change into after their performance.
Safe Collection and Costume Return
- Costume Return: To collect your child after their performance, you must first return the provided costume to the teacher in charge. Children will only be handed over once the costume is submitted.
- ID Requirement: Parents must present their Parent ID card to collect their child.
Parking and Logistics
- Parking: Designated parking is available at Umrakh Hall Parking.
- Carpooling: We encourage carpooling to help manage traffic and support our environment.
- Your encouragement is the greatest reward for our students. For any further queries, please reach out to your child's Class Teacher.
